My Leadership DNA

My leadership journey began early in life, receiving a school award at age eight and joining the Scout movement at sixteen. These experiences were crucial in developing my leadership and facilitation skills within group dynamics. At eighteen, I embarked on a transformative elite program that honed my understanding and capacity for applying leadership within organizations.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various capacities, including engineering roles at paramount companies like L’Oreal at the European level and Philips globally. During my tenure with the startup Oracle, which is now a tech giant, my key responsibilities sharpened my management, sales, and marketing skills, allowing me to guide managers daily and accompany them on their professional journeys.
